These terms apply to the POSH web game.

Use Of POSH

You may use POSH for personal language practice and entertainment. Do not misuse the service, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use generated content for unlawful purposes.

Accounts

Some features use an account to restore subscription status and sync progress. You are responsible for the email account and device you use to access POSH.

Subscriptions

Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscription length, trial availability, renewal, and pricing are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel a web subscription through the in-app management flow when available or through Stripe customer support flows connected to your checkout email.

AI And Learning Content

AI-generated words, examples, coaching, and voice output may be inaccurate. POSH is not a school, certification authority, medical provider, legal provider, or financial adviser. Review important translations before relying on them.

Availability

POSH may change, pause, or remove features, topics, language pairs, subscription offers, or AI providers. We work to keep the game available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Refunds

Refund handling for web subscriptions depends on Stripe, payment method rules, and applicable law. Contact support@rnbw.lol with the checkout email if you need help.
